Wakey wakey

Its what all the best dressed campers are wearing my dear!

Polly shows her appreciation after her alarm call.

Bright and breezy first thing in the morning.
The night follows a well rehearsed programme of shelter construction, wood collection, warmup around the fire, games, stories and hot chocolate around the fire before heading out into the woods for a night line and then to bed.

Spacious plastic shelter: room for 5
Usually it is about midnight before the children got into their sleeping bags and a little later before everyone falls asleep.

The birds do their best to awaken the sleeping beauties but in the end it is up the staff to awaken the troops at 6.15 in order to clear away the camp site before showers and breakfast.
