Activities: Overview
Highfield School offers an extensive range of exciting activities to its pupils throughout the academic year. There are three types of activities.
Drama
Highfield's theatre has tiered seating, lighting and sound, but with all this the drama department frequently put on outside performances using our mobile lighting and sound equipment.
Campouts
Every term each year group have the chance to camp out in our extensive woods. The children group together to build shelters and collect firewood. The early evening is spent round the camp fire roasting marsh mellows before embarking on a 'nightline' trail of the woods. With star gazing, story telling and a warm sleeping bags it makes for a fantastic evening.
