Boarders Trip to Marwell Activity Centre

After a quick lunch the children were divided into two groups, one took on the challenges of the climbing wall whilst the other group mastered the skills of quad biking.

During both activities it was very evident that they were committed to supporting each other, willing each other to go faster on the quad bikes and getting higher on the climbing wall. Much advice was of-fered to each other although sometimes more for a giggle.

The following comments are what the children had to say:

I really enjoyed the quad biking because that was the second time I ever went.' Rosie Johnstone, Year 5

The climbing was really fun because eve-ryone got to do something.' John Dunlop, Year 7

It was really fun because at one point at the top you were climbing partly upside down.' James Kirkwood, Year 5.
