Year 7 trip to France - more photos

Day 3

Activities included: fabrication du pain, le parcours de sante, tir a l'arc. After a morning of very heavy rain those lucky enough to be on the parcours de sante had a very muddy time. Last night there was a treasure hunt around the grounds. The instructors thought that the children had 'amazing' imaginations when it came to finding/making some of the objects on the list. A plus! Mr Dunn

Day 2

Activities included: tir a l'arc, escalade, fabrication du pain, escrime and l'orientation. The children have been working on their team building skills. Everything has been explained in French, requiring the children to listen hard and follow instructions. Everyone's French (including mine) is improving. Presentations have continued at our 3 course meals with an explanation of the food and the cutlery used. A bientot!  Mr Dunn

Day 1

Here are just a few photos from our first day at Le Chateau de La Baudonnierre. From the moment we arrived all instruction and information has been given out in French. Presentations are given before each meal explaining what we are about to eat and where the food is from. All is well. A bientot!
