Boarders Rock Gig
On perhaps the wettest day of the year so far, the boarders enjoyed an evening of Rock Music in the Theatre. More than 25 children took part performing in front of a 100-strong audience. The event was organised by Mr Holland and featured members of his Rock Club both past and present. He also formed two boarders' bands, including the all girl band: The Tong Tongs, who ended the show to enthusiastic applause. Mr Holland would like to thank Mr Simon Spratley for arranging an act and playing key board in the opening song - Ain't No Sunshine. He would also like to thank Mr Dan Brown for his assistance at Rock Club this term and for performing with his band, Short Circuit, on the night.
