THE ORR MUSIC SCHOOL
The Orr Music School was officially opened on May 13, 2006 by Robin Orr, Headmaster of Highfield from 1979-1993, and the celebrated lyricist and composer, Richard Stilgoe. Mr Orr reflected on his experience, man and boy, of Highfield, while Mr Stilgoe led the assembled throng in a Hogwarts version of ‘Frére Jacques'
Entertainment was provided by two a capella groups from Oxford, ‘Out Of The Blue' and ‘In The Pink'.
The Music School has been equipped to a very high standard.
